- Further mitigation for Log4Shell (CVE-2021-45046)
- Files Accessible to External Parties (CVE-2021-43821; Backport from 10.x)

Opencast 9.9
Opencast 9.9 has been released. The release notes can be found in the administration guide documentation. This is a maintenance release containing important bug fixes, and is a drop-in upgrade to Opencast 9.8.
PyCA 4.4 Released
We are happy to announce that version 4.4 of pyCA has been released.
PyCA 4.4 is a minor update containing a new OpenMetrics endpoint, an enhanced user interface and a few library updates.
