Opencast 11.0

Hi everyone,
it is my pleasure to announce that Opencast 11.0 has been released:

RPM and Debian packages as well as Docker images will be available soon. Watch for announcements on the users list.

To all committers and involved contributors, thank you for all your work. This could not have happened without you, and I am glad we were able to work together and get this release out.

PyCA 4.4 Released

We are happy to announce that version 4.4 of pyCA has been released.

PyCA 4.4 is a minor update containing a new OpenMetrics endpoint, an enhanced user interface and a few library updates.

New Features

OpenMetrics endpoint which alles monitoring PyCA via Prometheus (ffb12dd)

Add the event title to the recordings overview (efe62dd, 5707094)

The dates are as follows:

Feature Freeze: November 17th, 2021
Translation Week: November 22nd – 26th, 2021
Public QA phase: November 9th – December 14th, 2021
Release date: December 15th, 2021
