ELAN e.V. is a non-profit organization which offers commercial support and development for Opencast since 2008. The organization works with a focus on data security and is a strong driver of the community work. In addition to connecting Opencast to LMS, ELAN e.V. is significantly involved in the development of LMS plugins and new features such as the Tobira video portal, Opencast Studio, Editor and many more.
