Panopto captures full motion display graphics. To see this in action, check out Dr. Baum's presentation in Toronto (http://tinyurl.com/77zjp4), and skip to the chapters called "How PET Imaging Works" and "Comparison of Imaging Probes". These have animation which are recorded at about 5 fps - it's impressive if you're used to just slides.
