Screen Capture using Epiphan VGA2ethernet hardware

Tel Aviv University (TAU) has lately been experimenting with the capturing of the lecturers' computer screen using the new VGA2ethernet hardware by Epiphan.
A full 3 day seminar was recorded using this hardware, at which both Mac and MS Windows operating based computers were used by the speakers. We experienced no technical malfunctions during the recordings.
Here are two links to sample recordings using VGA2ethernet:
Link from Red5 test Flash server (many thanks to Marcus from Osnabruck helping us configuring this server)
Link from Joomla CMS streaming WMV
A significant feature of the hardware is the ability to switch lecturers' computers on the fly, by just plugging into the VGA socket, without the need for any configuration. This is most useful at events, where lecturers change, and each wishes to present using his laptop.
Another interesting feature is the ability to display full frame rate movies played on the lecturer's computer; ie: capture any movie clip that the lecturer may choose to play. VNC has trouble doing this in some cases.
I will post more details after gaining more experience using this hardware.
