Getting Matterhorn Support
Trying to install and use Matterhorn, but running into problems? Below are the recommended mechanisms for getting help:
- Search the mailing list archives, to see if someone else has already gotten support for the same issue.
- Send an email to matterhorn-users@opencastproject.org - subscription is required.
- Log into #opencast on IRC and ask for help.
- Submit your support request or bug report in Jira ("Create new issue")

IRC Channel #opencast
On irc.freenode.net, the chat group #opencast is used by the developers for group chat.
